    We want you to love your stuffie. But just in case it's not what you expect, we will happily accept a return. You must return your stuffie within 15 days of purchase and it must be in new condition. Because Sad Stuffies are accurately depicted in our listings and photos, a small restocking fee is required for a return. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. 

     

  • Care and Keeping

    Matteo is machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle. Dry on low heat. 

     

  • Shipping

    Matteo ships from the United States. You will be provided a tracking number via email once your stuffie is shipped.
